WHY NOW?

There’s never been a better time to lead.


The pace of change is accelerating at an unprecedented rate and we’re facing pressures and uncertainty both in and out of work. To navigate and lead through this, we need to understand and step into our value, to show up as our best, positive and resilient selves. We need to bring our whole, true selves to the challenges facing us – to inspire confidence and trust, to adapt to unexpected changes, and to build teams, communities and families not only capable of surviving, but equipped to thrive.


Drawing on tried and tested practices from neuroscience and positive psychology, and packed with practical tools and frameworks, She Leads is designed to equip women leaders with the mindset, awareness and skills to thrive in today's dynamic and challenging environment.


Through a combination of interactive live coaching groups, exercises, assessments, learning and feedback, She Leads members will build new levels of self-awareness, confidence and resilience, learning to lead with integrity, courage and love.

How we show up determines the impact we have – in our work, our relationships and our decision making. This programme focuses on the personal development and growth which underpins successful leadership.


Over the course of the programme, participants develop a deeper sense of self, where their core strengths lie, and where they might be holding back. They build confidence, resilience, and hone their leadership identity, to lead with greater clarity and purpose.


Through the journey with their peers, participants build strong communication and empathy muscles – invaluable leadership skills for the future.

LEADS FOR?

She Leads is for mid-senior level / manager to director level women leaders, already successful, who aspire to have a bigger impact. It might be for you if:

HOW IT

WORKS

Each She Leads cohort runs over 6 sessions of 2 hours each, spaced over 3 months.


Participants sign up to join a She Leads cohort comprising a maximum of 8 women, all holding mid to senior-level executive positions.

Each live 2-hour coaching group consists of tailored learning content, facilitated sharing and discussion of topics, followed by short follow-up questions and exercises to continue development.


Ahead of each coaching group, relevant content is shared to support learning. A one-to-one coaching session is offered between sessions 5 & 6.

Together, we create a safe and courageous space for She Leads cohort members to share, experiment and grow. There are opportunities to practice deep listening and coaching skills as participants work together and create a mutually supportive network.


This combination of learning, practice, feedback and coaching over a 3-month cycle, creates a powerful framework for deep self-discovery, empowerment and lasting change.


There’s something uniquely powerful about all women groups. For generations, women have been raised to nurture others, and we tend to be great at supporting each other outside of work as friends and family. She Leads coaching groups offer an opportunity to exploit this powerful advantage in a leadership context. The women only groups create a sense of belonging, enable targeted support, and offer valuable peer mentoring and networking - all contributing to the safe and empowering space which underpins lasting growth.
