About me

About me

I’ve been coaching and mentoring for over 25 years, building teams and developing leaders. In my early career and post INSEAD MBA, I worked and travelled around the world in international marketing and strategy roles across industries from consulting to media to banking, plus a couple of tech disrupters in the crazy years of the dot.com boom.

In a dramatic mid-career pivot, motivated by the feeling of wanting to make a difference, I left industry for the UK Government’s Cabinet Office. I later joined a global consultancy to lead projects on service design, innovation, and policy for government clients across Whitehall and beyond.

Today as a professional coach, I work with ambitious organisations and people who want to make a positive impact in the world. I believe we are capable of achieving more than we think possible, collectively and as individuals. I believe there is always choice available to us, and that we can all access and live our unique purpose, if we’re brave enough to reach into it and explore.

Coaching can – and should - be truly transformational. Today my greatest joy is seeing my clients grow into their most resourceful and fulfilled selves, reaching for and achieving outcomes they had not imagined possible.

On the mundane-but-important qualifications side, I'm an accredited and qualified professional coach with the CTI Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC), International Coach Federation (PCC), The Leadership Circle™ and certified in Team Development Essentials (Systemic Team Coaching). I'm trained in the neuroscience of change, behavioural sciences, positive psychology (University of Pennsylvania) and Positive Intelligence. I bring all of this to my coaching in service of my clients.

In my coaching, I create space for my clients to become more fully self-aware and able to access their whole, unique and magnificent beings to achieve success and fulfilment. My coaching style is empathetic and supportive so that above all my clients feel safe and grounded. I am also creative, playful, and challenging. I work with clients across a spectrum of issues, with particular expertise around career, leadership, managing relationships, communication and change.

About Co-Active Coaching

My practice is founded in the globally renowned Co-Active approach. Co-Active Coaching is transformative. It is about more than planning and goal setting, but challenges clients to access the biggest version of themselves. It offers a road map for living a more fulfilled, expanded life.

Co-Active Coaching works with all parts of who you are in an integrated way, rather than being concerned with you as a leader, executive, parent or child. As a Co-Active coach, I believe fiercely in my clients. I am committed to moving them forward as their champion and to holding them to account to achieve their fullest potential and the life that they dream of for themselves.
